 Time your invocations to the movement of the moon not by phase but by sign and aspect.  If the moon is in leo opposite pluto invoke the flame of the "Kali" against the shadow govt and evil entities. This is an easy one. The next one requires wisdom. If the moon is in virgo we are in a feminine, introverted state. We can't fight with fire per se. Instead virgo represents consolationists. So we invoke a lack of support and funds, and no sympathy to and for the cabal and dark govt. We imagine the cabal, Bill Gates, fauci, Obama, maxwell, so on as orphans, abortions, with no home or place in our world.  If the moon is in Libra we invoke the traditional cry for justice.  So on... Think according to the nature of the energy and think the opposite for the cabal and they'll go away one chip of the iceberg at a time. 

Sit, cross legs, close eyes.  Focus on the sacrum. Audiate the seed syllable VAM.  Using your inner ear, modulate the pitch of your Inner voice downward to G1# or G0#. It should be resinous like a tibetan monk throat singing in a cave. G# corresponds to the frequency 417 hz which aligns to the color orange (the sacral chakra's color).  Visualize a white background, and a vibrant, light orange circle in the center while audiating the seed syllable VAM at G1# or G0#.  Orange is the color of earth element in Tibetan Buddhism. The sacral corresponds to Mercury in certain hindu-yogic systems. Knowing that Virgo rules the Intestinal system, we will associate the sacral with the earth element sign Virgo.  Overlay her symbol ♍ in orange upon the sacral chakra, maintaining the seed syllable and the orange ray.  Now associate all of this with the low-range, slow-moving, semi-permeable aspect of life.
