Sacral, Awakening Meditation under the Virgo Moon.

Sit, cross legs, close eyes. 

Focus on the sacrum.

Audiate the seed syllable VAM. 

  • Using your inner ear, modulate the pitch of your Inner voice downward to G1# or G0#. It should be resinous like a tibetan monk throat singing in a cave.
  • G# corresponds to the frequency 417 hz which aligns to the color orange (the sacral chakra's color). 
Visualize a white background, and a vibrant, light orange circle in the center while audiating the seed syllable VAM at G1# or G0#. 

Orange is the color of earth element in Tibetan Buddhism. The sacral corresponds to Mercury in certain hindu-yogic systems. Knowing that Virgo rules the Intestinal system, we will associate the sacral with the earth element sign Virgo. 

  • Overlay her symbol ♍ in orange upon the sacral chakra, maintaining the seed syllable and the orange ray. 
Now associate all of this with the low-range, slow-moving, semi-permeable aspect of life. Associate it with the natural world, the animal life, the patiently moving clouds, the routinely animals, and the slow growth; and remember the sacral is associated with Luna. 

See that any images arising from your sacral are images of this semi-conscious aspect of life. Recognize the color orange and the sacrum as a place of creation, or awakening, or becoming. 

Virgo IS the love of becoming. 

Allow positive feelings of creation, awakening, and becoming to ensoul the earth, all of physicality. Everything physical and dense is permeated by this awakening light of becoming. There is depth in the tree, life in the cave. 

And realize that Virgo in this way is a seamstress weaving the orange ray of becoming into inert matter.

Her creative intelligence, her imagination is what turns dense matter into cars and roads, birds and clouds, sun's and grasses, people and buildings. 

Continue the seed syllable and visualization. 

End activity and sit still and receive the sacral wisdom.



Since the sacrum is the "house", or "abode", it corresponds to all houses. The earth itself as housing; your own physical home; your psychological home, i.e., your personality. 

Emotionally-psychologically, it IS the unfolding experience of consciousness becoming. It puts you in a feeling tone of recognizing dew on grass, living, spiritual. In other words, you no longer see a hollow, empty, emotionless world; but FEEL alive through it, and in it, and with it. 

All of these can be healed, secured, and brought to life under this activation, done every Virgo moon or Virgo sun.

These guys are angels of formation. "I Am" is the single greatest declaration. The Elohim act on the crown chakra to open you up to "becoming."I can think of an example. Learning a new detail about someone adds depth of character. They also are the airwaves, in the sense that if a star looks down on you, it'll work upon your mind. The interface is physical air, and air of the wise. The visual is to imagine the stars speaking to your unconscious as you move through time and space.  Elohim correspond to netzach-venus and are thus partly air spirits; and, if, as Rudolf Steiner says, they aren't angels but "Dynamises," higher ranking spirits, then they may accord to Briah, the world of "archangels."

"Experiment!" [Anthroposophy]

I did a bio-layman experiment. Hah. I put out eggs on a plate in my backyard to see if a snake would take the bait. What I learned might not surprise you, but since I'm new to life I learned that patience is a virtue of the animal kingdom. Hah. Not one animal touched it up until day 2 1/2 and it was only two or three ants.  By day three they started eating soft, nasty, jelly like eggs. I hate being gross but I bring that part up because a virtue is a curse if it's done to excess. This brings me to Steiner.  In his lectures he references a French writer (De Musset) and Boehme as night and day. One is electrified by a slow, drudging world. The other is comforted by it and calls it patient.  Now I'm not sure what my point is here. I just want to say do your experiments. Find out what life is about.  My lens is astrological. If I see De Musset I see a racehorse. If I see Boehme I see me, because I am also a Taurus like he was. And to me in light of this, Ahriman, Lucifer...
